KXCIers,

I hope this finds all of you well.  Beginning this week, we have an Underwriting Director opening posted under "job opportunities" on KXCI.ORG.  Please feel free to review the description for yourself or pass it along to any interested people.  The position will be open until February 29th.  After that time, we will be conducting interviews and reviewing the candidates.

Also, we now have a new underwriting kit for KXCI.  These kits are set up to help market the station to obtain new underwriters.  If you have ever been interested in finding out more about underwriting or how it works, I would be happy to sit down with you and go over the packets.  This way, if you are ever interested in passing along the information to a prospective underwriter you will have the basic information and understand how the system works. 

My goal here is to take some of the mystery and confusion out of our second largest source of revenue.  The more knowledge that is out there about KXCI underwriting the better the opportunity to work as a group to help support the station.

Please let me know if you would like to go over the information with me (shouldn't take more than a half an hour).  The media kit will be yours for the taking to review and ask questions about at your leisure.
