Several users have indicated that when using the KNITRO 6.0, ktrlink
interface (R2009a or earlier), they get an error that it cannot locate
the KNITRO dll/library even though the "PATH" environment variable has
been set properly.

The problem is that the KNITRO dll/library may need to be re-named
when using Matlab R2009a or an earlier version with KNITRO 6.0. In
the "lib" folder provided with the KNITRO 6.0 distribution, please
make a copy of "knitro600.dll" and rename it to "knitro520.dll". Then,
restart Matlab and try again. You will find an explanation of why
this is necessary in the "README" notes in the "examples/Matlab"
folder provided with the distribution. This will no longer be
necessary beginning with Matlab release R2009b.
