In this week's spotlight is Roberto Criado!

The first song Roberto played on Polyrhythms was"Saludando a los Rumberos" by Virgilio Marti (his uncle), the best concert he's been to was Los Van Van at the Belly-Up Tavern in Solana Beach (circa 1997), the first record he purchased was "Don't Mess With Mr. T" by Stanley Turentine, and the most money he's ever spent on an album was $30.

He'll play Tropical Latin Music and Latin Jazz, featuring artists like Felix Chappottin y sus Estrellas, Conjunto Casino, Beny More, Orquesta Aragon, Eddie Palmieri, Rafael Cortijo and Ismael Rivera, El Gran Combo, Roberto Roena y su Apollo Sound, Willie Rosario... just to name a few.
