Hello KKSM fans, hope everyone had an amazing Fourth of July full of
fireworks and a break from the much dreaded daily weekday routines.

Here at KKSM it has been hot, dry and in the full swing of things.
We had a very fun and adventurous live broadcast from the San Diego
County Fair that included our Station General Manager in the celebrity
demolition derby and an interview with surf band; The Surfaris! We had
an amazing time meeting all of you and we hope to see you next year.
Our new summer schedule is in full effect! Visit our schedule page

shows and returning ones. The summer schedule is in effect until
August 18th.

We are the station that loves you back and as always, we will be

will be a drawing and if you are the winner the prizes will be mailed

Ever wanted to get a jumpstart on your career in radio and/or
television? Enroll now in fall classes at Palomar College!
If you are interested in a career in sports broadcasting, enroll in
RTV 180 - Sports Broadcasting. You will be calling play-by-play and
color commentary on Palomar and local high school football games. You
will also produce the weekly KKSM sports talk show "The Starting
Lineup". The class meets every Thursday night at 6PM and is taught by
former ESPN radio host Jon Chelesnik.

The American Red Cross will be giving away VIP Warped Tour Tickets and
a compilation CD to all donors from July 17 through July 20. The Blood
mobile will be in parking lot 11 next to the health services and the
much dreaded math building "E". Make an appointment by dropping off at
Palomar health service or call (760)744-1150, Ext. 2380.
