LAYLOCKFADECTL變數,控制圖層加鎖透明度 , 數值為-90 ~ 90

laylockfadectl = 0 (不會淡化)

laylockfadectl > 0 (值為正數時，控制淡化百分比 , 最高可達 90%)

laylockfadectl < 0 (值為負數時，鎖住圖層不會淡化，但會儲存值以透過變更符號來切換至該值)
