How awesome is your Agile Manager?
On Thursday, we will hear from 3 different Agile Managers as we talk about what it takes to manage a 'self-directed/self-organizing' team. Randy Bentele - CommunityAmerica Credit Union, Shahzad Zafar - Rx Saving Solutions, and Mitchell Davis - Veriship will join in a panel conversation and share their secrets.
Got a horrible Agile Manager? Send them the invite! (I guess I should not post this in the description - as they will be reading this and then putting 1 and 1 together). Or - Got a great Agile Manager and think they could do even better? (There - fixed it!) Bring your questions as this session will be as much about you querying them as it is the managers sharing their insights.
