 The meeting topic: The Scrum Master Role - Undefined in HR

At this month's meeting, Tom Westervelt and John Gonzalez will
facilitate (that's right, this is a participative exercise) a
discussion around the Scrum Master role. But this isn't just a
discussion about the role. At the end of the meeting we hope to be
able to have a clearer definition of a performance map for a Scrum
Master that could be used by an HR department. If time permits, we
might even be able to talk about career progression in a Scrum world.

Tom Westervelt works at DST and is a CSP and CSM. John Gonzalez works
at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas and is a CSM. Both gentlemen
have been initiating and leading changes at their respective
organizations.

We'll save some time for questions and answers at the end so bring
your questions and a friend.
