Eric,
My company has been using Atlassian products for almost 2 years now managing about 30 active projects. I would recommend having someone from Atlassian or a SME come to your office and help design your solution based on how you want to use it. I have been extremely pleased with the product suite that we have been using. I would be willing to come into your office and discuss/demo how we use it.
Atlassian Tools:
Jira with GreenHopper, Tempo, and Calendar plugins
Confluence
There is/was a KC AUG but not sure how active the group is at this point.

We are not. Still focused on learning processes and practices via “low fidelity” tools and techniques. However, I am interested in learning more about Jira and the Greenhopper plug-in and how Agile teams are leveraging it and its capabilities. Possible discussion topic for KC Agile group?
Thank you,

My company is starting to use it quite a bit with the Greenhopper plug-in. So far, it's gotten some very positive responses.

I have used JIRA in several organizations to varying degrees of success. I would welcome a discussion of JIRA with other users for ideas on how to fill gaps from a project management side.

Erik,
We have been using JIRA for at least 5+ years now at Waddell & Reed. Earlier this year we have started using the Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Green Hopper plugin for JIRA and we like it so far. I will be willing to talk you if you need anymore information.
Thanks,
Lionel
