Hello

Could you please elaborate more about the problem?
but any how:
- To temporarily switch between run levels (e.x. Command line -> Graphical) try "telinit 5" as root.
- To boot into runlevel 5 (graphical mode) by default, depends on which fedora you are using,
Pre f15 use the old initd process to boot the system, newer fedoras use the systemd process.
In case of initd, follow this: http://www.techotopia.com/index.php/Configuring_Fedora_Runlevels_and_Services#Fedora_Runlevels_Descriptions
In case of systemd follow this: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Systemd#How_do_I_change_the_default_runlevel.3F

- Not sure regarding 3rd party repos which support ppc, but usually repmfusion is the defacto one.
- Also, not so sure about srpms,  but probably you could build them for any atchitecture, however procedure for ppc may differ. check out the following: http://hacktux.com/fedora/source/rpm

Hope this helps

Thank you Moh.  ,,
it is more than a runlevel issue, it seems that it was loading the MGA driver and it is not working, i configured X to load vesa driver and grub2 to use text , it is working now but the resolution is bad , at least i can use VNC :)
