Cupcake Bake Off: Do you love cupcakes and bake them too? A cupcakes
for CAPE bake off is being hosted by Dutchess BOCES and the Council on
Addiction Prevention & Education (CAPE) to raise awareness of
prescription drug abuse and other youth risk factors. The event will
be held on April 27 at Shadows on the Hudson in Poughkeepsie from
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Please apply by April 19th. Forms in the main

CLUBS & ACTIVITIES

Senior Prom: Ticket sales begin today during all lunch periods in the
café lobby. Cost is $80.00 per ticket. If you are bringing a student
from another school, pick up a guest form in the main office. It must
be completed and signed by your grade level administrator before
purchasing a ticket.

- Please put recycle bins outside your classroom after period 8.
- Meeting at 2:00 in room 128.

Dodge Ball Tournament: FBLA will host the Dodge Ball Tournament on
May 1st. Sign up forms are in the main office and due tomorrow.

Debate Club: Hosting its 5th Annual Model Congress on Saturday at JJ
from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you are interested in debating current
events and the lawmaking process see Mr. Maoriello or any member of
the debate club to sign up. Sign up quickly because committees are
almost full.

BU: Be sure to submit your registration form for the Walk-a-thon to
Mrs. Soltish as soon as possible. The Walk-a-thon is set for April
27th at 10:00 a.m. on the Walkway over the Hudson. All members are
strongly encouraged to participate.

SPORTS

Track:
- Track Results from Saturday’s Green Dragon Relay:
o Boys: the 400m relay team of Charles Tankeh, Courtney Hunte, Aaron
Hamilton and Dante Harris placed 5th. Also the Sprint medley Relay
team of Nikolas Angyal, Aaron Hamilton, Dante Harris and Charles
Tankeh placed 5th.
o Girls: Lauren Miller & Allie Tenenyck placed 1st in the Javelin.
Jenny Kraft & Ariana Malone placed 4th in the Javelin. Megan Kohl and
Megan Sadowitz placed 5th in the high jump. The sprint medley relay
team of Ariana Malone, Allie Gusmano, Samantha Mosca and Claire Gomba
placed 5th.
- All Track and Field athletes are to be on the track by 2:30 today.
The field events will start at 3:00.

JV Boys Lacrosse: Practice today after school until 4:30 p.m.
