Hi Scott,

Here is the proposal and budget.  The Budget Notes are at the end of the
Proposal document.

Changes:
Budget adjusted for 7 months
Budget corrected, indirect costs now direct costs
Proposal activity timelines adjusted for 7 months
Budget Notes added to proposal

Anything I forgot?  Have a great flight, and vacation time with the family.
