A holder of a bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies. 


المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية: 
• التخطيط والتحضير، والعمل على تطوير التعليم لدى الطلبة، مع القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق الواحد. 
• الإدارة الصفية الناجحة، والمتابعة اليومية لأعمال الطلبة، والتعاون مع باقي المعلمين والموظفين بشكل خلاق وتفاعلي. 
• العمل على تطوير الذات وتنمية المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات لدى المعلم. 
• العمل على إدارة ومتابعة كافة الأنشطة والفعاليات المتعلقة بالطلبة لدعم عملية التعلم. 
• أن يكون للمعلم دورٌ فاعل وريادي في القيادة الصفية للرقي بالسلوكيات والأخلاق لدى المتعلمين، مع شخصية حاضرة تؤثر في المتلقين. 
• المسؤولية في وجود مخرجات تعلم عالية لدى المتعلمين، وكذلك المتابعة الحثيثة للوصول إلى هذه المخرجات. 
• العمل على تطوير وتقوية وسائل وأدوات التعلم بما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة العالمية.

المهارات

Age: Between 25 and 40 preferred to be a Saudi nationality 

درجة البكالوريوس في التربية الإسلامية . 
• سنتين من الخبرة في بيئة تعليمية مشابهة . 
• العمر ما بين 25 - 40. 
• يفضل الجنسية السعودية. 

القدرات والمهارات المعرفية: 

• التعاون الإيجابي لمصلحة العمل، مع القدرة على القيام بمهام مختلفة وعدم التواني في ذلك. 
• التركيز على الطالب مع التعليم التعاوني المبني على المشاريع الدراسية. 
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والقراءة والمحادثة، مع شخصية مؤثرة، والقدرة على العمل في محيط متنوع الجنسيات والثقافات. 
• إجادة استخدام أدوات التكنولوجيا الحديثة بما يخدم العملية التعليمية، مع مواكبة التطوير التكنولوجي المستمر
