One of my client is looking for fresh nerd grads (or with 3-6 months
working experience) with the following skills:

Very Good command of English
Must be good at HTML5 / XHTML/ CSS-P , Javascript and JQUERY
Have good skills in Flash CS4 or greater
Must have good background in W3C standards and usability testing
Must have expert command of Photoshop or Fireworks and Dreamweaver
Demonstrated ability to be creative and suggest out of the box
business solutions
Must be a proactive team player and have excellent communication
skills
