Primary:
• Develop customized Lightning solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
• Communicate with project managers and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
• Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on the features and functions of the assigned product area to ensure understanding of limitations and opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of market trends and new developments in assigned areas.
• Provide necessary training and presentation of tools, features and functions to internal and external audiences.
Secondary:
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
CERTIFICATIONS:
Any Salesforce Certifications is a Plus, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud or Field Service Lightning Consultant.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Experience with Lightning Community Builder and Administration
• Experience with Lightning Web Components
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be obtained.
• Minimum work experience: eight years of software development and four years of Salesforce application development
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
• Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Flow, Process Builder, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of Agile processes, principles and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce case management, etc)
• Strong Communication skills
• Presentation and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to think creatively to solve problems in support of the product vision.
