We are under the enterprise security solutions (shared components and enterprise security solutions business unit)
Responsible for identify program which provides authentication services to remote and online payments.
Kind of a new process that is needed in the market place. Increase use of online and remote and digital payments, the need to authenticate user becomes increasingly important.
The team provides authentication solutions on top of the traditional process that we are offering in the payment industry, Keyword authentication services…growing area of need to meet the demand of the business.
Increase use of online/remote, fraud attentions
Role Description:
There is structured working, more of business facing product management/owners, identifying market trends, product strategy: Interact with these business facing/outside facing people to formulate a business requirement and articulate them unto a feature requirement on a feature level. Work with development teams, and work with system analyst to provide a more refined requirement. Analyzing information and formulation solutions in terms of business and functional requirements and high end user story. 80 % of that falls within development domain. Will be involved with 30% of content of user story level. Feature level 100% responsibility.
Typical work day look like for this contractor
3 aspects of interactions:
1: Interact act with business side on product owner, with current and upcoming business needs/customer needs/product strategy/product roadmaps, will be an ongoing thing.
2: Digest the information and then look at our product platform and also the MC ecosystem to covert that info into more of a document requirement.
3: Work with more development facing people, mostly system analysis to frame these into higher level user stories and to help system analyst into details system story for developers to help develop. Face to face meetings, skype calls, team members geographically distributed. A lot of time goes through remote skype calls.
