Join WebYeshiva.org, Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Chaim Brovender, and Jews from all around the world on July 31 and August 1 for a special live online Tisha B'Av program. Make the day more meaningful by connecting with other Jews to learn the kinnot and Eicha. Click here to view the full schedule and to sign up.
As we mourn the divide of the Jewish people, please help us come together as one.
The three live sessions:
Tisha B'Av Eve: July 31, 2017 9:30pm Israel time
Rabbi Chaim Brovender will explore the themes in the first and fifth chapters of Eicha.
Tisha B'Av Day: August 1, 2017
9:30am Israel time
Rabbi Brovender will teach some of the kinnot recited on Tisha B'Av to make them more meaningful and gain a deeper understanding. Then Rabbi Yehoshua Geller will continue the discussion with insight into how to use the tragic stories of Eicha to better ourselves and become closer to God.
7:00pm Israel time
Rabbi Avi Weinstein will find relevance and practical lessons we can take from the introductions of the midrashim on Megillat Esther and Megillat Eicha.
The classes will be recorded and posted online for those who cannot attend live.
