The car pools from Madras have been done (Version 0.9).  Check it at http://goo.gl/em3iq and see if it is OK.  The sheet is editable, so you can make comments on it.  Mohan can add his phone numbers so that Sally can call him with her address for pickup on Friday.  Others can do something similar to coordinate within car pools.

The beer is ALL being delivered at Madras by KingFisher.  If each car takes 4 or more cases then there will be less beer for the kitchen cabinet  to lug.  We should try and see if each car can pick up their stock by Thursday evening.  If not beer, you can take T shirts or whatever.  Just call Beep Beep to say how much you can take.

Check your cameras and battery charge.  Bring cables or whatever to upload to computers.  Perhaps Pervert Producer can produce a quick slide show on his computer, with his pics and yours.

What to pack:

• towel, toiletaries incl favourite brand of toliet paper.  No shaving stuff - no mirrors at Bakarapet. 
• Lots of socks
• you will get 2 T shirts that will fit.  Good for day time. Pack accordingly.
• for the night, wear tracks or jeans when you are outdoors.  Light jacket or shawl will do for most, though Madrasis can see people take an early morning walk wearing a monkey cap, sweaters, etc. in temperatures about 10 °C lower.  You know your own threshold.

Cell phones work.  BSNL works better than others.
