Hi Group,

We have 5 new roles, full time, open in the Fort Worth area.  Below are the details.  This is a system level programming role, heavy integration and we can consider fresh graduates to senior level engineers.  Take a look at the details below.  Due to the nature of the client, you must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance if hired.  Salary is 60-110K +/- depending on experience.

Odyssey is seeking a Sr. Java Engineer to join a growing team based in the Fort Worth area.  This role will focus on byte-level programming and integration.  Strong skills in Linux (command line), Core Java, C++ and 5+ years of experience is required if you are Senior level.  Please see full details below.  There are multiple openings and multiple levels of experience will be considered: Entry level to Senior level. 

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline is highly desired. Computer Science is preferred. Will consider candidates with experience and currently pursuing a degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in software development/engineering in a technical field

 

Required skills and experience:

• Java and/or C++ 
• Linux – command line fluency
• Math - trigonometry, linear algebra, and geometry 
• Eclipse IDE or similar IDEs 
• Perforce or similar Version Control system
• Network protocols such as TCP/IP, UPD, etc. 
• OpenGL
