What will you be doing?

·       Developing next-generation technology

·       Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software

·       Effectively managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

·       Collaborating with support, hardware, billing, and sales teams to resolve any issues and contribute to the product roadmap

 

What skills/experience do you need?

·       B.S. in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of software development experience with an object-oriented language
• Senior-level proficiency in Java development
• Strong understanding of programming design patterns
• Background running services at scale in cloud providers like GCP/AWS
• Experience working with Kubernetes

 

What will make your résumé stand out?

• Familiarity with anti-fragility patterns for cloud services

·       Advanced knowledge of Linux, specifically Red Hat or CentOS

·       Exposure to software related to the video and audio production industry, including FFmpeg and/or GStreamer

·       Experience using message busses/brokers (PubSub, SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)

·       Familiarity with Java DI frameworks (Spring, Guice, etc.)
