Location: either Arlington VA or Philly.
OATS Testing Lead/Mgr./Strategist using Oracle Apps. Test Suite (OATS) for EBS Apps. (Volume, Stress and Load testing for batch and on-line concurrent processes).
Test cases are already written, so the implementation is next step.
