Generating Multiple Code Boxes and Image Preview with drop down.

My question for you all is I am trying to change this website
http://www.landruchristmas.com/bbimages/sighelp.html into a page where
you start off with a drop down box to choose company.

LightoRama => Channel Options
DLight => Channel Options
Animated Lighting => Channel Options
DIY => Channel Options
Other Images => Misc Images

So the channel options would be reusable from 8 Channels all the way
through 200 channels in increments of 8

The Other images would just be a list of 4 or 5 images to generate
straight code.

Now I need to generate 2 different codes after both drop downs have
been chosen. One would have to be our BB standard code. And then
regular HTML.

I apologize if this is something obvious or should have been found
with a search. I couldn't seem to ask the right question to find what
I wanted. Thanks in advance.
