Bachelor's degree in relevant field, say Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics. Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Strong Investment domain knowledge & experience around investment products, asset classes, & investment strategies. OCIO business knowledge is a strong plus.
Experience working as an analyst on large global solution initiative span across regions with multiple internal build alongside vended interfaces solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with ability of adapting priority changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge around software development methodologies, Agile development, tools, SDLC, and technologies.
Broad domain experience with portfolio and order management systems (e.g., Factset, CRD/State Street Alpha), Investment data warehouse solutions (e.g., Eagle), modern cloud-based data warehouses/lakes technology, BI tools, investor client reporting systems and client facing systems.
Experience with technologies like, cloud-based data warehouse/lake platforms, such as AWS data technologies, Databricks, and Snowflake platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Qlik) a strong plus and designing data solutions for ease of use by BI platforms to enable data self-service is a strong plus.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
Experience in projects that involved the use AI is plus.
Lean process analysis skills are a plus.
Experience in PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word.
