Need a WebSphere MiddlewareDeveloper for a 6 Months Project in Minneapolis,MN.

• 7+ years of software development experience in a Java/J2EE.
• Hands-on development of integrations for WebSphere ESB using IBM WebSphere Integration Developer or IBM WebSphere Integration Designer.
• Two+ years of experience in modelling and implementation business processes on IBM BPM & WPS using IBM Process Designer.
• In depth knowledge on creating IBM BPM business processes (BPDs), user interactions (Coaches), and various general/system/integration services using Process Designer.
• Experience in writing and deploying web services and their clients.
• Hands-on development experience creating WSDLs, XSDs and XML documents.
• In depth knowledge of ESB components and development tools as well as software engineering process, UML, SOA and J2EE deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Object Oriented Design (OOD), design patterns and multi-threading.
• Strong SQL skills and relational database knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
