1️⃣ Tester
/ QA – Rosemead, CA (3 Positions)
Seeking QA/Test professionals with 10+ years of experience and 4–7 years of AI
experience. Candidates should have strong expertise in QA/test planning,
exploratory testing, UAT, AI/ML fundamentals, model evaluation metrics, data
analysis, and model behavior testing. Experience testing AI outputs for
accuracy, consistency, edge cases, failure modes, bias, data leakage, and
hallucinations is required. Candidates should have experience defining and
executing model evaluation and regression tests, working with Golden Datasets,
testing GenAI prompts and outputs, validating AI behavior across end-to-end
workflows, and supporting Responsible AI testing. Strong documentation,
communication, stakeholder management, and quality metrics reporting skills are
essential. ISTQB, AI/Data, or Responsible AI training is a plus.

2️⃣ Senior
Business Analyst – Remote (3 Positions)
Seeking Senior Business Analysts with 6–8+ years of experience and strong
expertise in Business Analysis, particularly Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
Candidates should have hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, and
documenting business requirements and preparing BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process
flows, and functional specifications. Experience with warehouse operations
including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping is required.
Candidates should have experience with fit-gap analysis, WMS migration,
requirements gathering, process mapping, test case writing, SIT/UAT, and
production support. Knowledge of WMS integrations with ERP, TMS, conveyors, and
warehouse automation systems is required. Strong Agile/Scrum, stakeholder
management, communication, and project coordination skills are essential.
Experience with WMS migration/transformation, Supply Chain/Logistics,
AI/NLP/LLM models, and Databricks or similar platforms is preferred. Candidates
must be willing to travel during go-live and hyper-care.

3️⃣ Senior
Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Consultant – Dublin, OH (3 Positions)
Seeking Senior Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Consultants with 10+ years of
relevant IT experience. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience
understanding and analyzing MAWM business requirements, handling issues and
changes to existing functionality, building test cases, and independently
working within the system. Experience translating user requirements into
functional and technical designs, application configuration, and testing
scenarios is required. Candidates should be experienced in preparing URS,
process flows, functional specifications, technical designs, application
configuration documents, test scenarios, SOPs, and support documentation.
Experience supporting MAWM applications and migrating legacy WMS distribution
center sites to Manhattan Active WMS is highly important. Candidates should
also have experience coordinating with external vendors for TMS, packing, and
conveyor systems, technical integration/interface knowledge, and understanding
of cloud-based services. Core IT/WMS experience is required; warehouse
manager or end-user experience alone will not count toward the required
experience.
