We lost to med school 5-7. It was dog fight again. I am living proof that sleep deprivation is like drunk driving. After working night shift everything seemed in slow motion for me as balls zinged by. 

Neurosurgery finally made an appearance with Frank Savarese representing the department very well with an Ozzie smith like throw from 3rd base into Alecia Duris' steely glove. It made me weep.

 We have 10 players for both games. However, I just saw on the IMLeague website that they changed the schedule. Normally the organizers should email captains of any schedule changes. Not only did they schedule us a game today at 1pm but it is against a different team. In any case I am trying to contact Penn Rec on the discrepancy from the originally posted schedule.

I will let you know if there is error on the website. We are however still scheduled to play at 11am tomorrow (Sunday).

 

We will meet at 9am to practice. We are playing MSRuns (instead of ZBT) - med students. they looked to have not played any games thus far.

 

I will send another email (probably late tonight while I am at work) with any updates and lineup.

We are expecting some new players from neurosurgery dept and school of education. Please welcome them on Sunday.
