The Twins beat the Brewers last night by a score of 6 to 2 at Target Field in Minneapolis.
For Minnesota: 6 run, 7 hits, 0 errors.
For Milwaukee: 2 runs, 4 hits, 1 error.
The winning pitcher was Francisco Liriano who is 5 and 7.
The losing pitcher was Yovani Gallardo who is 9 and 5.
The game was played in 2 hours and 30 minutes in front of a crowd of 40,812.
Following a two-hour rain delay at Target Field, Jim Thome hit his 594th home run to back Francisco Liriano, who allowed two runs in seven innings. Carlos Gomez hit his sixth homer of the year and Ryan Braun extended his hitting streak to 21 games.
Tonight the Twins take on the Brewers at Target Field in Minneapolis at 6:10 pm.
