New Release 1.6.1

Hi,

I just published a new Version v1.6.1.

a) Erich Schubert contributed a patch to make Haralick more stable. 

b) I was informed that the LIRE-Dependency is nor more available on Maven.

To be able to use JFeatureLib in maven projects, I forked LIRE to https://github.com/locked-fg/LIRE and integrated jopensurf directly in Lire.

To add the dependency, just install LIRE localy by these 2 steps:

*  Clone the repo from GitHub: git clone https://github.com/locked-fg/LIRE.git

* Install the lib into your local repo: mvn -Prelease install -DskipTests=true -Dgpg.skip=true

c) And last but not least: Google has shut down the download-feature at Google Code, so all new downloads are moved at Mavencentral (as before) and at BinTray: https://bintray.com/locked-fg/JFeatureLib
