Description: The Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations is seeking a qualified individual to fill a vacancy of an Administrative Support Staff position. Description and Requirements are below.
1. Job Description (1) Coordinate facilities maintenance and repair schedules (2) Supervise maintenance and repair works (3) Assist with accounting-related operations and official events

3. Requirements [Required] US citizen or permanent resident Business level English proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for document preparation
[Advantage] Proficiency in Japanese Experience in property management or related work
5. Working hours Monday through Friday 9:30AM-18:15PM
6. Term 2 years term with a three-month probation period. The contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement.
7. Salary Approximately 4,500 – 5,000 USD/month
