Position: Sr. J2EE Developer/Analyst/Architect 
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: 12+ months contract
Positions: 3

Rate: $55.00 - 58.00 per hour (CTC/1099)

Profile: 10+ yrs (Sr Consultant)

Responsibilities include
• This includes working with the business, being able to extract knowledge and understanding to build applications.
• Meeting with the business and other technology team members to understand the opportunity.
• Propose a solution and possible a proof of concept
• Detail out Analysis and Requirements
• Designing and implementing the solution
• Testing and proving out the hypothesis  

Skills Required   
• Development in Core Java.
• Web technologies ˆ JSP, Servlets, Struts, Spring MVC
• Sever Side Java ˆ Spring Remoting, Spring AOP, Spring JDBC
• Excellent knowledge of Design Patterns (GOF/Core J2EE)
• Knowledge of RDBMS systems, preferably Sybase or DB2
• Hibernate
• Excellent communication skills _ should be able to work with clients independently.
• A team player with the ability to work in a demanding environment   - should have handled offshore team

Skills Desired
• Knowledge of Prime Brokerage or Financial Services business.
• Knowledge of Client Service, Sales or Capital Introductions a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile development processes
