Position: Lead Business Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6 months

 

Need Locals – Face to Face after initial telephonic

 

Experience in Business analysis, process design, documentation and system analysis in a highly matrix and cross-functional organization.

Experience and good knowledge of Pricing and Discounting.

Ability to write business requirements, change and manage business requirements.

Ability to support IT on the Functional Specification Design Document Ability to build partnerships with key project stakeholders, drive consensus across teams and theaters, and influence others to achieve project goals and objectives Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Required Skills:

8 - 10 years related experience with Business analysis, flow design in a highly matrix and cross-functional organization Cross-functional program / project experience including development of BRD.

Demonstrated organization skills to take an assignment from start to finish.

Must be able to start immediately.

This is a lead position. Candidate must have prior lead role experience.
