Position: Business System Analyst -- ERP

Location: Tucson, AZ

Duration: 6 months +

No. of positions: 2

 

 

The functional roles to be filled is that of:  

1 - Business Systems Analyst for Accounts Payable

AND   

1 - Business Systems Analyst for Financial Processing.

 

The specific assignments for these two positions will be to lead and support functional activities of the Business Systems Analysts for the Kuali Financial Systems initiative in the Accounts Payable and Financial Processing Modules. 

 

• Such activities include but are not limited to conversion verification, driving business process redesign where necessary, troubleshooting application issues identified by BSAs, providing backup for the Test Lead, managing integration points for that particular module, assisting with “Move to Production” planning, and coordination of post go-live support. 

• The Business Systems Analysts Team is comprised of client staff from various departments and units in the client community.  

• These Lead BSAs will be responsible to assist in establishing objectives, set time lines, and track progress and results as well as perform tasks.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS:

The positions require experience implementing enterprise financial applications (e.g., KFS, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP).  One of the positions will be assigned to the Accounts Payable module and one to Financial Processing (General Ledger and Chart of Accounts).  Chart of account design and implementation will is preferred for the latter position.  Both positions require some level of prior team lead experience.

 

 It is highly desirable that the candidates have previous involvement in cut-over planning and implementation.
