- Maintain/optimize Cluster Performance
- Architect new data and process solutions
- Maintain analytical tools on Cluster
- Backup for Hadoop Admin duties
- Stay current with new developments in the Big Data space
- Work with other MIS groups to fully integrate Big Data Cluster into the enterprise architecture
- Supervise team of onshore/offshore Hadoop admin and programming resources
