JOB DESCRIPTION:

The scope of work includes tasks associated with system analysis, development and testing functionality; coordination with staff; and collaboration with the program’s technical coordinator, program manager and other program staff for the successful delivery of the project.

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

Requires 10+ years or more of experience in the field or in a related area.

Provide analysis and expertise to plan, develop, test and implement changes.

Incorporate emerging development and security standards as identified into code development.

Develop and revise application, program and end-user documentation as may be necessary.

Support business acceptance testing by providing necessary data and environment information as well as correct any code issues discovered during testing and peer reviews.

Expert in .NET Framework with C#, ASP.NET, JSON, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio
