Role Description:

·         Infrastructure Service Engineer

                            

Competencies:

·         Windows Experience (Years)  6-8

Essential Skills/ Mandatory Technical Skills:

·         Around 8 years of experience in Windows Server Administration in complex environments with 4+ years in Tier 3 role

·         Deep knowledge in windows administration

·         Experience in troubleshooting (Root cause analysis)

·         Good network knowledge & troubleshoot skills

·         Knowledge in DNS, DHCP , AD , Azure, IIS & Virtualization

·         Knowledge in SQL

·         Experience in ITIL framework.

·         Experience in automation - PowerShell / Scripting " 

·         Desirable Skills  Mandatory Functional Skills:

 Mandatory Functional Skills:

·         Ability to multitask across multiple projects excellent written and verbal communication skills.
