Not to nitpick, but even the Marx Brothers changed personnel...well, I mean they were still brothers of course, but Gummo and Zeppo both left "the act" at one point. Even The Kinks added and subtracted over the years. I believe only the Davies brothers and Mick Avory were original members...besides, I don't think made it to 40 years having essentially disbanded a while back. I don't know about the Mills Brothers. So, I'm going to say the good ol' Firesign Theatre are the winners!
