Postal addresses for Rep. Tom Reed

If mailing a letter to Tom Reed there are two addresses for him, one in Ithaca and the Washington DC address:

I’m not certain about this, but the Ithaca address may be the better of the two as there may be delays in delivering a letter to the Washington DC address.
