Volunteer needed to drive client to Buffalo

Good morning,

We are looking for a volunteer to drive a client from Lansing to Buffalo and back on Thursday, May 12. He has to be at an appointment at 8:30 am that will last no longer than 1 hour.

OK, I'll ask...  Why has this man been given an appointment at 8:30 in the morning in Buffalo, NY (That's how I read the post) when he lives about 3 hours away in Lansing, NY and has no transportation?  I think it had better be important, since it means leaving his house at about 5:30, and a volunteer driver possibly leaving their house at 4:30.  Is it possible to change the appointment to a later time or a closer location?
