I suggest posting notices in these places:
1. Veterinarian offices
2. Grocery store bulletin boards
3. Pet food/animal feed stores
4. Local parks if bulletin boards are available
5. Ask your local utilities companies to insert a small flyer in bills
(this may cost something)
6. Do your residents subscribe to any newspaper from a larger
municipality nearby? Call any such papers & ask. If so, ask about the
cost of a small ad.
7. Will local churches let you post a bulletin message?
8. Ask everyone on your e-mail list to send to their friends, families,
neighbors, co-workers, etc. And in that message, ask interested persons
to e-mail you so that you can expand your e-mail list.
