something wrong in formatting of population string in input file

Hello everyone, 

I have encounter a problem and I cannot figure out exactly what is wrong with my population tree, I have 9 populations, 

and the tree I used is like this:

the red and green ones are pruned because of too many populations,

and the format of the tree I used in the analysis is like this:

((((((R,C2):1,C3):2,(H,Q2):3):4,(Q1,C5):5):6,C7):7,T):8

and as I said, I cannot find the error part, so please help me with it!
