It makes sense to meet a non-practicing Jew or Christian. Does it make
sense to be a 'non-practicing' Muslim? Many Muslims in the west,
might introduce himself 'I am a non-practicing Muslim?'. To this
person I must say 'non-practicing Muslim' and 'non-Muslim' are
the same.
Islam consist of a firm believe system, which remains incomplete
without physical actions triggered by the believe fundamentals. In
other words, a person believing in Islam and agreeing on all rituals of
Islam, yet does not performing any of these rituals will not be a
Muslim.
