AI anthropomorphism a legal approach

The following link is to an article analyzing a proposed Chinese law setting up the standards and responsibilities of AI providers for the effects of their anthropomorphic products. The parts of the proposed law quoted seem quite reasonable and also very detailed. It is certainly a more thorough approach than any other country in attempting to put guardrails on those systems.
