Space X satellite proposal 1 million data centers in orbit

Today is the last day to submit comments on the Space X proposal to put 1 million data center satellites in orbit. All of them would use solar panels for power and all would increase light pollution in an so far unmeasured way. Also decaying orbits and reentry of satellities is also not considered. Deadline for comment is today. 

There is also a proposal from a separate organization to place 50,000 light reflecting satellites in orbit, each as bright as the full moon, to supply light to anyplace on earth on demand. The damage to any nocturnal living things is, again, not measured and indeed not considered. Comment deadline on this one is March 9. Link to page on how to comment below. This may be off topic for ipse but I thought it might be something that drew interest.
