Yes, the Supremes have struck down four of six similar state laws so far... But the next member of that redoubtable group, the current candidate being strongly pro-life, will probably be sitting well before the ACLU is able to bring its case. 

I don't know whether Roe v. Wade applies here; considering the law does not outlaw abortion outright, just the most common means.

 

With regards to suing abortionists, there are significant precedents denying a father's right to consent to or be notified of an abortion: http://family.findlaw.com/paternity/fathers-rights-and-abortion.html. But those don't affect a father's right to take actions against complicit third parties.

Death by a thousand cuts?  I think so.  By the end of Trump there will be states where abortions are easy to get, and states where you'll just have go elsewhere....like wet states and dry states.  This works conceptually with "The Big Sort" model of sociology, that in post-materialism, living comfortably in the bosom of one's chosen tribe becomes more important than job search considerations, family roots or natural amenities such as climate.

Looking at it optimistically, this could result in a very colorful diversity of states, a delightful place to drive or hike coast to coast, sampling all manner of neurotic folk ways without having to live with them.  

Home sweet home will have new meaning.
