Manasseh (Tribe of Manasseh),

Genesis 41: 50-51  Born before the years of famine in Egypt happened,
                  circa 1781-1774/1721-1714 B.C.  The

Testament of Jesus Christ), in Alma Chapter 10, confirms that

Amulek, living circa 82 B.C., was the son of Giddonah, who was
the son of Ishmael, who was a descendant of Aminadi, a further
descendant of Nephi, who was the son of Lehi, who came out of
the land of Jerusalem, who was a descendant of Manasseh, who
was the son of Joseph who was sold into Egypt by the hands
                  of his brethren.
1 Nephi 3: 3 indicates recorded genealogies were
                  preserved on the
Brass Plates of Laban: 4000 B.C. until 600 B.C.
Further records and prophecies of the Nephites were kept: noted
in a direct descending line, from the first man Adam, until Amulek,
living circa 82 B.C.  See also: (Ancient Genealogy Judah #052: Research Notes)

Family Information:
Samaria: Parable of the Good Samaritan
Samaritan: History and Origin
Samaritans have insisted that they are direct descendants of the Northern Israelite
tribes of Ephraim and
Manasseh, who survived the destruction of the Northern kingdom of Israel by the Assyrians in 722 BCE.  The inscription of Sargon II records the deportation of a relatively small proportion of the Israelites (27,290, according to the annals), so it is quite possible that a sizable population remained that could identify
themselves as Israelites, the term that the Samaritans prefer for themselves.
