The Historic and Important Vision, Goals, and Global Efforts of the
present day I. S. A. started in 1982 by our Founder, Mr. Rick R.
Dobson, Jr., and was Formally Founded in 1986, leading up to the I.
S. A. Organizations Incorporation in 1990 as a 501c3 Non Profit
Organization, in New York State, U. S. A.. The I. S. A.
Organization had its start and genesis at Cornell University in Ithaca,
New York. Today the I. S. A. Organizations International Headquarters
are now located in Washington, D.C., with the I. S. A. Administrative
Offices located in Omaha, Nebraska, and its Principle Legal Offices
located in Patchogue, Long Island, New York State.
The I. S. A. is on the cutting edge of Human Space Endeavors,
Aspirations, and Long Term Ambitions to Explore, Utilize, and Colonize
Earths Solar System, and Beyond. The I. S. A. represents the combined
Contributions, Sacrifices, Endeavors, and Accomplishments of many
National Governments and Space Agencies, and Private Organizations,
Institutes, and Persons Globally, and by the People's of the World
Community, Earth, Humanity.
The I. S. A. will bring to bare the Combined & Focused Resources,
Vision, Aspirations, and Hopes of the People's of Earth, to Reach Out
& Explore the Greatest of all Human Frontiers, the Space Frontier.
This for the Mutual and Common Benefit and Future Survival of Humanity.
The I. S. A. seeks the understanding and support of the World
Community, in our most Important and Historic Endeavors, Vision, Goals,
