• Java Server Pages (JSP) Development Skills
• Knowledge and understanding of AJAX, XML, HTML, JavaScript
• Development experience using JSR-168 and JSR-286 Frameworks: Struts, Spring, JSF
• Rational Application Developer, Eclipse, JDeveloper or equivalent IDE
• 2-3 years experience - JAVA J2EE web developer on Websphere Application Server
• Websphere Portal and/or IBM WCM Experience
