Data warehouse/BI experience is a MUST 
Excellent communication and facilitation skills are required as this consultant will be working cross-functionally. 
Must have strong experience with the following: 
Oracle R12 ERP, OM/AR, DW/BI. 
Expert in leading and managing Migrations/Integrations
