Masters degree & 3 years of database administrator experience OR
Bachelors degree & 5 years of database administrator experience OR
Associates degree & 10 years of database administrator experience OR
High school diploma / GED & 12 years of database administrator

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Database Certifications
Experience and understanding of Solaris and Linux environments
Working with Netapp and SAN Storage
Working with HA and clustering solutions
Experience with various toolsets for Database Administration,
Performance, Reporting and monitoring needs(OEM and Quest )
Experience managing regulated systems(Pharmaceutical industry
experience)
Excellent data-driven problem solving and analytical skills
Experience leading large initiatives in multiple functional areas of a
complex organization
Proven experience as part of a high performance team
Skill in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues
ITIL experience
