ListView Form

Hi!

I'm using Zen Mojo to create an internal mobile app for an order form. I want to build the order form elements dynamically from a table. I'm using listview/listviewitem to display each object with an input field for quantity. 

How do I pass those values to the %OnSubmitData method? Is there a better way to go about this? Will I need to hard-code each option on the order form in order to get the specific key/value for each item?
