Decompression is complete. I'm now ready for feedback on the event.

What worked well? What could be improved? What needs to happen the
next time around?

I'm going to try and consolidate the blueprint on the wiki so that
it's usable by others.

Feel free to contribute here or there.

First off, this was my second official un-camp experience, and it was
a good bit more enjoyable for me, primarily due to the attendees. The
ACTLab attended and presented at ProductCampAustin as well, and the
attendees there were much more corporate oriented and product focused
(obviously). My one main complaint with InnovationCamp was the size
of the rooms. I can only imagine the difficulty in planning for an
unconfirmed number of attendees. The size of the rooms and lack of
chairs seemed to encourage what was my favorite part of the
experience, however, which was standing in the hallways meeting like-
minded folks, exchanging ideas and business cards. Thank goodness APD
was on duty and not the fire-marshal. All in all it was an enjoyable
time, however I think at the very least more chairs would be in order
for the next go-round.
